the introduction of new workplace agreements, an emphasis on multi-skilling
and the move to competency based training there is an increasing
emphasis on recognition gained in the workplace. The role of the
Workplace Assessor is pivotal for the achievement and recognition
of competency.
Training
for workplace assessment is important if all the stakeholders -
workers, management, others in the industry and training providers
are to have confidence in the system.

an accredited program which is on the National Training Register

into TAFE courses
